Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (USA)

We ship Monday through Friday except on observed holidays. Your order should go out within a business day at the latest. If your order is placed after 4:00 PM then it will go out the next business day.

  • Standard - 5 to 7 business day average delivery* 
  • Expedited - 2 to 4 business day average delivery*
  • 1 business day- 1 business day average delivery*

 

International Shipping

 

  • Standard - 2 to 3 weeks day average delivery* 

 

NOTE*: Please note these are average delivery times. We are not liable for delayed shipments due to issues with carriers. These are all average times assuming things do not go wrong. If a package is deemed lost we will work with you to a resolution. 

 

International packages assume their own risk and are not covered by our normal shipping policies of refunding packages that have gone missing due to foreign countries customs polices. It is upon the customer to ensure the package is processed by customers and is able to ensure its delivery. Cyclone Pods does not offer such services. Any package refused by customs must be returned back to our warehouse for any refund. Any package lost in transit upon its return is not viable for a refund.

 

Free Shipping

Free shipping is only for domestic orders whose total order value is over $46

Orders whose total comes out to below $46 after a promotion code applied will not receive free shipping on their order.

Return to Sender

 

If a package is returned to sender for any reason Cyclone Pods is not liable for replacement. A return to sender package will need to be returned to us to issue a refund or store credit of which it will be subject to our refund policy.

 

Lost Package

A package is deemed lost after 15 days since the last tracking update with no subsequent updates. If that time has passed and nothing has updated it we can send out a new package. Refunds will not be given for lost packages.

 

In the case of a package arriving and not being found we must wait up to 3 days for the package to arrive. If nothing has arrived we will be able to ship out a standard rate package to you regardless of original shipping speed.

 

Packages marked as delivered will deemed as such. It is up to the customer to secure those items once they have been delivered. Refunds will not be given for stolen packages

 

 

If you wish a refund for the package we will refund the cost of the goods and not the shipping if the package was said to have been delivered successfully. If the customer requests another package be delivered and then requests a refund no shipping refund will be give either. We will only reimburse on the value of the goods purchased.

 

We will not refund packages that have been marked as delivered but the customer provided an incorrect address or an insufficient address. It is up to the customer to provide a correct address to us up until the time of shipping. Once the package is release from us to the courier we can no long make amendments and must be done by the customer.

 

Pre Order

Pre orders are for items that are out of stock but can still be purchased. Pre order items will be shipped out once the item has come into stock and is able to be processed by our warehouse.

Shipping times are in effect once the item has been shipped for pre order items. Not when the order is placed. 


Due to system constraints, if a pre order item is purchased with other in stock items, the whole order will need to be in stock before it can go out. We are unable to split up an order between in stock and out of stock items for processing.


Faster shipping options are not valid for PO boxes. If you place an order for a PO box and select faster shipping please note it will not arrive in that time frame.
