How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

Can I alter my order?

Email us at and if the order has not been processed we can add new items or remove them! Time is of the essence so email us as soon as possible!

How long does shipping take?

We ship Monday through Friday except on observed holidays. Orders are typically processed in 24-48 business hours.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Signature At Delivery?

Our packages do not require a signature at delivery or any sort of identification.

Can I return or exchange an item?

You can absolutely return your item to us, within 14 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging. Please contact us for return labels

How do I return an item?

Charged but did not complete purchase

If your credit card shows you have been charged but a purchase did not go through it is more than likely due to a temporary hold on the funds by your bank. This is very normal and was because your card was declined due to some reason. The funds will be returned to your account in a few days by your bank.

When you create a subscription you will be emailed a special login portal to manage your subscription. You can skip deliveries or change the items you wish to receive. You can even cancel items to no longer be sent to you. Please note that we do require two purchases from our subscription due to the discount given on the products.
