If you contact us straight away after ordering, via support@cyclonepods.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

If your credit card shows you have been charged but a purchase did not go through it is more than likely due to a temporary hold on the funds by your bank. This is very normal and was because your card was declined due to some reason. The funds will be returned to your account in a few days by your bank.

When you create a subscription you will be emailed a special login portal to manage your subscription. You can skip deliveries or change the items you wish to receive. You can even cancel items to no longer be sent to you. Please note that we do require two purchases from our subscription due to the discount given on the products.
