Where is my order
Orders will ship out in about 1 business day of ordering. When the package does go out we will send you a text and or email with the shipping information. If you used your email and did not receive one, please check your spam.
**Please not, due to Covid-19 there are delays with orders going out on time. We appreciate the patience.
If you ordered a Pre Order item your shipment will go out as soon as we have inventory. If you purchased both a Pre Order item as well as an in stock item, your order will wait to go out till everything in your purchase is in stock.
What is the packaging
We do not use brand specific packaging so there will be no reference to the product inside except for the return company on the outside.
My package arrived but I can not find it
If the package has arrived and you can't find it, please contact your post person and local shipping carrier to inquire about a missing package. We will require that you have filed a missing package claim before we can help you further.
Shipping Methods
Domestic Shipping (USA)
We ship Monday through Friday except on observed holidays. Orders are typically processed 24-48 during business hours.
Standard -5 to 7 business day average delivery*
Expedited - 2 to 4 business day average delivery*
Express - 1 business day average delivery*
International Shipping Standard - 2 to 3 weeks day average delivery*
NOTE*: Overnight orders must be placed before noon EST for them to qualify for overnight shhipping
NOTE*: Please note these are average delivery times. We are not liable for delayed shipments due to issues with carriers (weather, unforseen delays etc). These are all average times assuming things do not go wrong. If a package is deemed lost we will work with you to a resolution.
International Shipping
If you wish to purchase a product from us and do not live in the USA you can! Follow the normal checkout flow and select which country you wish to ship to. Please note there may be extra tariffs or charges associated when brining the package into your country. We are not responsible for such charges and it will be upon you to pay them.
Signature At Delivery?
Our packages do NOT require a signature at delivery or any sort of identification
Can I return a pack of pods
Yes, you can return a pack of pods if it has not been opened and it is within 14 days of receiving the order.
We will be able to provide you a return label and once our warehouse has processed the return and everything with the package is intact we will issue a refund on your order. We will only be able to refund the cost of the products purchased, but not the shipping of the product.
There will be charges for returns depending on the number of items returned. There will be a flat rate cost of $8.50 to return the item from the US.
If you are returning an item(s) and are not located in the US, there will be a much larger upfront cost to returning that may make a return impractical. Please inquire with our support for specific return charges.
The following fees apply for any return
Restocking Fee: $2.75 for the first item and $0.25 for each additional item
Inspection Fee: $2.95 per unit returned
Are these pods really Nicotine Free
Yes! They are in fact totally nicotine free. We do not want people addicted to our product and instead want people to enjoy the flavors we have with none of the worries!
Charged but did not complete purchase
If your credit card shows you have been charged but a purchase did not go through it is more than likely due to a temporary hold on the funds by your bank. This is very normal and was because your card was declined due to some reason. The funds will be returned to your account in a few days by your bank.
