Why the Gust Core Goes 50,000 Puffs
The Gust Core holds 18ml of e-liquid and runs 3 adjustable power levels, so a single device delivers 50,000 puffs — at $25.00 that works out to about $0.0005 per puff, roughly half the cost-per-puff of the Gust Pro. An 850 mAh battery recharges over USB-C in under an hour, and the LCD shows liquid and battery level so you never guess.
Gust Core is assembled in the USA — the e-liquid is formulated and the device assembled here. Every one of the 9 flavors is lab tested by Legend Technical Services (ISO 17025) and uses only USP-grade VG, PG, and food-grade flavorings. Zero nicotine, zero tobacco, no diacetyl, no vitamin E acetate.
Gust Core vs Gust Pro
Same clean formula, bigger tank. The Gust Core runs 3 power levels and an LCD; the Gust Pro runs 4 ice settings and an LED. The Core holds 18ml and lasts 50,000 puffs at $25.00 — pick it for the longest run and the lowest per-puff cost. Pick the Gust Pro for ice-level control and 14 flavors.

FAQs
At 50,000 puffs, the Gust Core is the longest-running device in the Cyclone lineup — several weeks per device for a heavy vaper, a month or more for a light one. The LCD shows liquid remaining, and USB-C recharging means you finish every drop before replacing.
The e-liquid is formulated and the device is assembled in the United States. We say "assembled" rather than "made" to describe it accurately — the Gust Core is the only nicotine-free disposable in our range built this way.
Yes — zero nicotine, zero tobacco. Cyclone vapes are tested by Legend Technical Services (ISO 17025) by LC-MS/MS at a 0.063 µg/g detection limit; 13 of 16 products returned non-detect under Work Order #2503988. See the full results on our lab testing transparency page.
Cycle through 3 levels to tune vapor and throat hit. Higher levels pull more e-liquid per puff, so puff count drops; the LCD shows the current level with liquid and battery.
A full charge takes under 60 minutes over any USB-C cable. The 850 mAh battery is built to outlast a full tank of e-liquid, so you top up a few times across the device's 50,000-puff life rather than replacing it early.
Choose the Gust Core for the longest run (50,000 puffs, 18ml, 3 power levels, LCD) and the lowest cost per puff. Choose the Gust Pro for 4 adjustable ice settings and 14 flavors. Both are nicotine-free, USB-C rechargeable, and third-party lab tested.
