This pod lasted me just shy of 3 weeks (19 days). Flavor is great, only had to recharge it maybe 3 times. Recharge time is about 1-1.5 hours, so, not bad at all. Smoked cigarettes for years, and haven't had a smoke since late April 2025. This has been a huge help in cutting my cravings for a cigarette.
