Cyclone Pods Rewards is our free points program: every $1 you spend earns 1 point, and 100 points take $5 off an order. That's 5% back at the base tier. Points sit in your account, so you need a free account to collect them.
How do I join?
Create an account. There's no fee and no separate sign-up. Orders placed while signed in, or with the email on your account, earn points automatically, and your first order adds a 100-point welcome bonus.
Ways to earn points

Tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold
Your tier depends on purchase points from the last 12 months. Bonus points and multipliers don't count toward it, and the window rolls, so you keep a tier by ordering.

In dollar terms, Silver takes about $250 of orders in a year and Gold about $600.
How do I use my points?
Two ways. In the cart, signed-in customers get a "Use points" button that turns the whole balance into dollars off at 5 cents a point, up to the cart total. Or pick a reward on your rewards page:

The $12 reward is the better rate: the same 200 points spent as cash come to $10. You can redeem once per order, and points can't go toward an order that includes a Subscribe & Save item. Cancel an order you paid for with points and the points come back.
How does referring a friend work?
Your rewards page has a personal referral link. A friend who uses it gets $10 off a first order of $30 or more. You get 200 points, worth $10, once their order is 30 days old and hasn't been returned or canceled. Up to 10 referrals a month earn points, and referring yourself doesn't count.
Do points expire?
Yes, after 12 months with no earning or redeeming. Any order or redemption resets that clock, and we email you 30 days before a balance would expire. Points earned on an order are removed if the order is canceled or refunded.
