Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to be able to shop cyclonepods.com, including people who use a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, zoom in, or rely on other assistive technology.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

How we test

  • We scan the site's main shopping pages (home, collections, product pages, cart and checkout) with the axe-core accessibility checker. The same checks run automatically in our nightly test suite.
  • We test by hand with a keyboard only, and on a 320-pixel-wide screen (the same as 400% zoom on a laptop).
  • Our last full review was in October 2026. It covered color contrast, keyboard access, focus order, form labels and error messages, headings, and motion. We fixed what we found.

Known limitations

  • Some features come from other companies, including Afterpay's payment messaging and the support chat window. We fix what we control on our side, but we can't change how those parts are built.
  • Photos and videos uploaded by customers with their reviews may not have text descriptions or captions.
  • Our lab certificates are scanned PDF documents. The key results from each certificate are also written out as text on our vape lab testing and Focus Pouches lab testing pages.
