Vape is good quality, customer service is good as well. Vape didn’t turn on when I first received it and plugged it in charger, so I reached out to customer support through email and they got back to me within 30 min to an hour. You need to keep vape in charger for at least 30 min before turns on when you first get it. The only annoying thing is where button is placed. Would be nice if buttons can at least get locked since they always get pressed when vape is in my pocket or sometimes when I grab it. Or maybe move buttons on the side. But all in all flavor is great, vape hits smooth, and battery should at least get you through half a day depending how often you hit it. I would recommend it
