How we collect reviews
We email buyers after their order is delivered and ask for a review. If a buyer opted in to our texts, we text them too. A "Verified" chip means the reviewer bought the product from us. Reviewers who use the link in our email get a discount coupon. It doesn't depend on the star rating, and product pages mark those reviews "Incentivized." This list shows 4★ and 5★ reviews. The ratings above include every published review.

Lightning Starter Kit Love the ease of use
Love the ease of use. One charge lasts me all day. Not big fan of flavors, but I love Menthol! I am going to make another order, as I never want to run out! Every other thing I tried, even with 0 nicotine didn't compare with the Cyclone unit. So happy I ordered this and gave it a try! I'm going to also get a backup battery. Thanks for this!
