How we collect reviews

We email buyers after their order is delivered and ask for a review. If a buyer opted in to our texts, we text them too. A "Verified" chip means the reviewer bought the product from us. Reviewers who use the link in our email get a discount coupon. It doesn't depend on the star rating, and product pages mark those reviews "Incentivized." This list shows 4★ and 5★ reviews. The ratings above include every published review.

I like the display for the battery on the lighting it helps to let you know when it's about dead as far as the pods, it would be nice to see how much fluid is left in it so you'll be aware as to when to order a new one considering it takes 3 to 7 days to get a new one after it's ordered
