How we collect reviews

We email buyers after their order is delivered and ask for a review. If a buyer opted in to our texts, we text them too. A "Verified" chip means the reviewer bought the product from us. Reviewers who use the link in our email get a discount coupon. It doesn't depend on the star rating, and product pages mark those reviews "Incentivized." This list shows 4★ and 5★ reviews. The ratings above include every published review.

I think it was great but to be honest with you

I think it was great but to be honest with you is I should not have bought it because I had a Heart Attack 9/1/2025 and I was not suppose to be smoking but I liked the idea that it was nicotine free but I was also sad that it was not FDA approved to and that it still in not good for your health I appreciate what you are trying to do but at the same time how can your other products really help improve our lungs though
