How we collect reviews

We email buyers after their order is delivered and ask for a review. If a buyer opted in to our texts, we text them too. A "Verified" chip means the reviewer bought the product from us. Reviewers who use the link in our email get a discount coupon. It doesn't depend on the star rating, and product pages mark those reviews "Incentivized." This list shows 4★ and 5★ reviews. The ratings above include every published review.

I really like the product

I really like the product, hits like a regular vape so it helps with the hand to mouth satisfaction, my only complaint is that I had an issue with my order and the customer service is an AI Robot that contradicts itself and kept me from reaching any human agent before my order was shipped, thus I couldn’t resolve my issues
