How we collect reviews

We email buyers after their order is delivered and ask for a review. If a buyer opted in to our texts, we text them too. A "Verified" chip means the reviewer bought the product from us. Reviewers who use the link in our email get a discount coupon. It doesn't depend on the star rating, and product pages mark those reviews "Incentivized." This list shows 4★ and 5★ reviews. The ratings above include every published review.

Verified Flavor: Cinnamon Churro

Solid flavor

Solid flavor, solid strength. It’s not too overwhelming cinnamon-wise but just enough to enjoy. I wish they’d make the coffee in a lightning pod, that’s my favorite flavor by far.

Verified Flavor: Menthol

The menthol flavor is my favorite so far

The menthol flavor is my favorite so far. For those looking to quit nicotine, this feels very similar to the throat sensation of smoking/vaping with nicotine.
