How we collect reviews
We email buyers after their order is delivered and ask for a review. If a buyer opted in to our texts, we text them too. A "Verified" chip means the reviewer bought the product from us. Reviewers who use the link in our email get a discount coupon. It doesn't depend on the star rating, and product pages mark those reviews "Incentivized." This list shows 4★ and 5★ reviews. The ratings above include every published review.

Lightning Pod Cyclone Pods
Design is sleek, prefer the Turbo mode ... which provides a decent pull without being overpowering... still awaiting to try other flavors ... however Plastic Plug doesn't seem to fit well ... important for me to recap and plug between flavor swaps

Lightning Starter Kit Nice unit … great mint flavor
As a former menthol smoker I chose this starter kit and was completely satisfied with the purchase. Battery lasts a long time before needing charged … Pod lasted an incredibly long time. I feel so much better going nicotine free. Thanks for a great product!
