How we collect reviews

We email buyers after their order is delivered and ask for a review. If a buyer opted in to our texts, we text them too. A "Verified" chip means the reviewer bought the product from us. Reviewers who use the link in our email get a discount coupon. It doesn't depend on the star rating, and product pages mark those reviews "Incentivized." This list shows 4★ and 5★ reviews. The ratings above include every published review.

This is perfect!!

I made an order and the order I got was defective. I reached out and they sent me a new one right away and that one didn't work either, must a have been that particular flavor. I was sent a different flavor that worked just fine. They were very quick to fix the problem. I will continue to order.
