How we collect reviews

We email buyers after their order is delivered and ask for a review. If a buyer opted in to our texts, we text them too. A "Verified" chip means the reviewer bought the product from us. Reviewers who use the link in our email get a discount coupon. It doesn't depend on the star rating, and product pages mark those reviews "Incentivized." This list shows 4★ and 5★ reviews. The ratings above include every published review.

Coffee flavor is great!

I usually only get bold tobacco so I thought I’d give the coffee flavor a try…wow! Pure smoking satisfaction! Now I order them both together! Great product, Cyclone! Nicotine-free smoking the way it’s supposed to be!

Taste is subtle

The flavor is kind of subtle but definitely tastes like watermelon. Like candy or watermelon flavored gum. Artificial tasting but good. The clouds you make are a good size.
