How we collect reviews

We email buyers after their order is delivered and ask for a review. If a buyer opted in to our texts, we text them too. A "Verified" chip means the reviewer bought the product from us. Reviewers who use the link in our email get a discount coupon. It doesn't depend on the star rating, and product pages mark those reviews "Incentivized." This list shows 4★ and 5★ reviews. The ratings above include every published review.

Very good

Good taste, not pungent, flavorful and smooth. Coming off chain-smoking makes me wish I could feel that nicotine throat hit but at least it reduces my desire to smoke from "I NEED ONE" to "Would be nice". It's easy to control "would be nice" with my weak willpower.

Decent / can be improved

Gets a decent draw for a vape pen but wish it had a battery level indicator. Also the draws become very weak after what I assume is about 50% battery left. Overall not dissatisfied though, if I break this one I'll buy another, I like to stick with what's familiar.

Not too strong

I ordered the mint, because the thought of anything fruity just wasn't appealing. Love that it's nicotine free. Easy to refill pen, after you figure out how to open the bottle ... just pushing and twisting isn't really the whole solution. I probably would have rated 5 stars if the flavor was a little more like menthol.

Easy to Use

I've owned a few others in the past. This one is easy to fill, easy to charge and easy to use.
