First time buyer here. Love the nicotine-free product, love the delivery system and magnetic body, love the flavor, and battery life is good. My only complaint is that sometimes I'm actually getting oil and not vapor, which is very strong & unpleasant. I do not take strong pulls, I haven't used the Turbo button yet, and I do not store the apparatus upside down or anything like that. Thanks!
