How we collect reviews
We email buyers after their order is delivered and ask for a review. If a buyer opted in to our texts, we text them too. A "Verified" chip means the reviewer bought the product from us. Reviewers who use the link in our email get a discount coupon. It doesn't depend on the star rating, and product pages mark those reviews "Incentivized." This list shows 4★ and 5★ reviews. The ratings above include every published review.

Lightning Pod Great!
So far, this product is working amazing. My other half doesn't even realize there's no nicotine , I love it.

Gust Pro I started vaping because I couldn't stand smoking anymore
I started vaping because I couldn't stand smoking anymore, the smell and the taste - I was done. I'd been a smoker for 30 years by then so I quickly became addicted to vaping. When I decided it was time to quit vaping, I realized I was more addicted to the vape than the nicotine. Nicotine free Cyclone vapes have literally made the difference for me. I quit nicotine vaping on 6-5-26 and have stayed the course because of these. They provide an excellent substitute for nicotine vapes. The flavor and the hit are even better than the nicotine vapes I smoked! Thank you Cyclone!

Lightning Starter Kit Good mint but ...
The box literally said it includes a USB-C charging cable. I ordered two starter kits but neither included a charging cable. Not a deal breaker but I was disappointed.

Lightning Starter Kit Good product overall, CS not so much.
Tasted good and seemed to be good product overall. Only two issues I had was shipping and there’s no way to know how much product is in the container. Without some kind of window, you never know exactly when you’ll run out. Shipping…was supposed to be free over $60. Mine was not. Charged me almost $9 for Express shipping which was like a two day shipping. Package was sent another way and took a week to get here. Asked for clarification on charges, and I’m still waiting. Customer service is not as responsive as you would like, unfortunately. Informed them over a week ago that I was going to place another order because I really do like the product, but not until I heard back from them about the shipping charges and my money back from the first order. I guess once I finish my last pod, I’ll have to go back to Geek or something else.

Lightning Pod I don't feel it should be called bold
I don't feel it should be called bold. It's not really a prominent flavor. Mild is my opinion. I think I will have to try the other one the classic.

Focus Pouches Good just very icy-minty sensation
I really like the pouches! They just have a very icy-minty sensation that can make my teeth hurt... which is a lot considering I have false teeth..😆😆
