How we collect reviews

We email buyers after their order is delivered and ask for a review. If a buyer opted in to our texts, we text them too. A "Verified" chip means the reviewer bought the product from us. Reviewers who use the link in our email get a discount coupon. It doesn't depend on the star rating, and product pages mark those reviews "Incentivized." This list shows 4★ and 5★ reviews. The ratings above include every published review.

Great product

I love the product. I love the way it works. I just don’t like the way the website works because it’s really hard to find someone to talk to to fix an issue

Best flavor

This is the best flavor. Most vapes I get that have banana flavor, the banana is overpowering, but this one is prefect.
