How we collect reviews
We email buyers after their order is delivered and ask for a review. If a buyer opted in to our texts, we text them too. A "Verified" chip means the reviewer bought the product from us. Reviewers who use the link in our email get a discount coupon. It doesn't depend on the star rating, and product pages mark those reviews "Incentivized." This list shows 4★ and 5★ reviews. The ratings above include every published review.

Lightning Starter Kit I smoked menthols for 50 years
I smoked menthols for 50 years. I started vapes in 2012. I had to stop nicotine prior to 3 replacement surgeries, back to back.. to back. I had no problem at all. Stopped the day my Cyclone arrived!

Lightning Pod I've been a menthol smoker for decades
I've been a menthol smoker for decades. I started vapes in 2012. I need joint replacements and have to be nicotine free at least two months before. I was nervous, to be honest. I stopped my menthol vapes, started the cyclone pod and had no issues!! It's been almost a week.

Lightning Pod Switching from nicotine vapes to non- nic is a bit tough
Switching from nicotine vapes to non- nic is a bit tough. But these vapes do seem similar to other brands. As far as the amount of vape itself. Some people may prefer a stronger draw so the turbo option is nice. The company needs to create more flavor options in order to keep up with competition..
